Thanks for taking the time to find out more about me and what I'm all about.
I'm a REP's accredited, level 3 Personal Trainer. At the tender age of 33, I've had years experimenting some of the fitness crazes of the past and present, made more changes to my diet then I have changed socks and made all the mistakes that have hindered me creating the results I so desperately wanted.
Probably very similar to yourself, I have struggled with self image and who is looking back at me in the mirror. I have been overweight and I have had to come to terms with a great many pains and hardships. But, I'm here to bring you hope; there is light at the end of the tunnel for those willing to reach for it.
Over the past few years I have developed and produced consistent, progressive and intense weight and resistance type workouts designed to push myself and my clients to their individual limits. I have invested my time into understanding the needs of different types of clients and the conditions/injuries/disabilities and problems that require a knowledgeable solution.
Whether you're looking to lose body fat, put on muscle, get out of pain or work on your fitness; whether you're a total newbie or you're a seasoned gym goer; I can help you.
